Bed Rumours began from small beginnings in 1986, manufacturing innersprung beds and selling directly to the public. From modest beginnings the company has grown, expanded and gained a reputation for high quality products and customer service second to none.
Bed Rumours has now grown into an international brand manufacturing a wide range of high quality mattresses and bases, but our roots (and most of our team) are still firmly planted in Tauranga, New Zealand. All designs are developed and tested in house; each mattress fills a specific niche in the bed market, from entry level to high end multi zoned pocket coil spring beds using the best technology available.
Bed Rumours can now supply to the public through its wider network of stores, the best value for money beds and furniture range, available in New Zealand.

It is important it is to spend your money where you spend your time, and considering we spend at least a third of our lives asleep or in bed, skimping on your mattress or sleeping surface can be detrimental to your health. Standard mattress sizes - Single, King Single, Double, Queen, King, even Super King zip together, and of course custom sizes are all available from the Bed Rumours factory.
Bases are manufactured from NZ pine, and are designed to last; available with a selection of castors and sliders to suit your needs.
